  • 12 Steps

About

Staff training in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is a necessary component for any successful school, clinic, or program. Adequately equipped staff can help transform not only any organization but also the lives of many clients, learners, and stakeholders. As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), one of my responsibilities includes training staff on various behavior-analytic techniques and strategies. This self-paced training course is intended primarily for school staff who are new to the field of behavior analysis and require an understanding of the fundamental groundwork of the field. The course highlights the importance of staff training, and I also provide insider tips about how to train staff using engaging and effective training methods. The course also includes: 1. A digital copy of Volume I and Volume II of my self-authored Staff Training Manuals (For Behavior Technicians and Paraprofessionals) 2. A self-paced information/training guide that explains how to prepare and present effective and engaging trainings 3. Two .pdf copies of example PowerPoint presentations that can be used during your personal staff training 4. Supplemental materials This course is purely informational and not eligible for any BACB CEUs.
