Yes. QB Consulting, LLC provides online services through a secure video conferencing platform, Zoom. Each session will be uniquely passcode protected meeting confidentiality standards. If you are requesting online sessions, please be sure that you have a reliable and secure internet connection, as well as a comfortable, safe space for you to ask questions and demonstrate your understanding of the implementation of discussed strategies. Online services may be beneficial and more convenient for those located out of state, or for those who wish to receive coaching in a 1:1 didactic format.

Once you agree to begin services (depending on the service you desire), you will receive an intake packet containing a contract and an intake questionnaire to help the provider gain a better understanding of you, your family, and your needs. None of the questions on the questionnaire are mandatory; however, certain medical, family composition, and cultural considerations questions will be beneficial to know before providing forming a therapeutic alliance.

For direct services provided, an invoice will be sent from QB Consutling, LLC at the end of each session, and an electronic payment must be made within three (3) days after receipt of the invoice. All major credit cards and online payment methods are accepted. For mentorship services, the flat rate fee must be paid while booking the service. For all courses, the flat rate fee must be paid at the time of purchase. All major credit cards and forms of electronic payment will be accepted upon immediate purchase of any service.
