For all services, there is a 24-hour Cancellation Policy meaning, sessions must be canceled within 24 hours of the original session date and time. QB Consulting, LLC reserves the right to collect payment for canceled sessions that do not meet the minimum 24-hour cancelation policy.
QB Consulting, LLC will also uphold the 24-hour cancellation policy. For proactive scheduling purposes, all QB Consulting, LLC provider vacations, time off, and unavailability will be shared with the clients at the beginning of each month.
Rescheduling sessions will be at the will and the availability of the client and the provider. If the provider cancels a session within 24 hours of the original session date and time, it will be offered to be made up at the family's earliest convenience. If the family cancels a session within 24 hours, a make-up session may occur if only provider scheduling permits.
If a client, household family member, or provider displays symptoms of sickness, they must be fever-free for 24 hours before resuming in-home sessions. If a client, household family member, or provider tests positive for COVID, in-home sessions will resume five (5) days after the individual first displayed symptoms OR a negative test result. Remote sessions during this time are encouraged but not required. Any missed session will be made up based on the availability of the family and provider.
QB Consulting, LLC reserves the right to end an in-person session early if the client or household family member displays any of the following: running nose, consistent coughing and/or sneezing, vomiting, and diarrhea.
