QB Consulting, LLC was established with the mission to change the lives of students and children by increasing the confidence level of staff, parents, and community members. Our goal is to provide comprehensive solutions, including staff training, professional development, and multicultural consultation services to parents and educators.

Quintara Tucker founded QB Consulting, LLC in January 2023. QB Consulting, LLC primarily provides remote services in addition to in-person services within the Tri-State area. QB Consulting, LLC specializes in providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services, including training and coaching to staff working in education. Our trainings are engaging and interactive and are presented using a multicultural sensitive, and compassionate approach. QB Consulting, LLC also provides behavior analytic consultation services, including assessments and program development to schools and state agencies. We also provide multicultural, and natural environment parent coaching on ABA strategies that can be utilized by family members in-home, including encouraging communication, daily routine, self-help skills, community involvement, and job coaching.
