QB Consulting, LLC was established with a mission to change the lives of students by building the confidence and skills of the educators and professionals who support them. We provide comprehensive solutions, including school consultation, staff training, professional development, and engaging speaking engagements.

Quintara Tucker founded QB Consulting, LLC in January 2023. QB Consulting primarily provides in-person consultation to public schools across New Jersey. We specialize in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services for schools, including behavior analytic consultation, assessments, and program development to help students succeed in the classroom.

QB Consulting also offers staff training and coaching for professionals working in education. Our trainings are engaging and interactive, and they are presented with a multiculturally sensitive and compassionate approach. Beyond the classroom, Quintara is available for keynote addresses, conference presentations, panel discussions, and other collaborations. She brings her expertise in ABA, staff development, and culturally responsive practice to audiences of educators, professionals, and students.
