At QB Consulting, LLC, we provide high-quality remote fieldwork supervision for aspiring behavior analysts who want more than “just meeting requirements.” Our supervision is designed to help you build confidence, clinical reasoning, and strong professional identity—so you feel prepared to lead with competence, compassion, and cultural humility.
Whether you are just beginning your fieldwork journey or looking for more structure and mentorship, we offer a clear pathway toward growth and success in ABA.
When you enroll in supervision through QB Consulting, you will receive access to a digital, easy-to-follow curriculum designed to build competence across core behavior analytic areas while helping you stay organized and confident month to month.
We currently offer Remote Supervision in NJ, MD, PA, NY, NC, MN, and MI.
Pricing
This package includes up to 160 fieldwork hours, with supervision at $75 per hour. You’ll meet with your BCBA supervisor for 5% of the fieldwork hours you accrue each month. For example, if you accrue 60 fieldwork hours in a month, you’ll receive 3 hours of supervision. Each session gives you structured support, meaningful feedback, and consistent accountability to keep you moving toward your certification goals. A minimum of 60 fieldwork hours must be accrued each month to participate in this package.

Our Multiple Supervisor Model
At QB Consulting, you don’t just get a supervisor. You join a team. Rather than working with one independent BCBA, you’re paired with a supervisor from our team based on your experience, clinical setting, goals, and availability. Your regular sessions are with your paired supervisor, and you also have a monthly check-in with Quintara Tucker, BCBA, founder of QB Consulting, so you have the support of the whole organization behind you.
Because we operate as one organization, the BACB allows all of your supervision to fall under a single supervision contract. The contract lists every supervisor on the team and their role. One supervisor is your responsible supervisor, who signs your monthly and final verification forms, and all supervision you receive from the team counts together toward your monthly 5% requirement.
Working with a team has real advantages. If your supervisor is unavailable, another team member can step in, so your hours keep moving. You can learn from supervisors with different clinical specialties. Group supervision led by any team member counts toward your hours. And because every supervisor follows the same curriculum, tracking system, and expectations, your experience stays consistent no matter who you’re working with.
Already have a BCBA at work? QB Consulting can serve as a supplemental supervisor, which is often a great way to build the unrestricted hours your job may not provide. Since your on-site BCBA and QB Consulting are separate organizations, the BACB treats us as independent supervisors. You’ll have a separate contract with each, and the 5% supervision requirement is met separately for each. Each organization signs verification forms only for the hours it supervised, and your QB Consulting supervisor will coordinate with your on-site BCBA so nothing is double-counted.

Quintara Tucker, MS, BCBA, IBA, LBS- PA, LBA-NJ, LBA-MD, LBA-MI
Quintara Tucker is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and PhD candidate whose research focuses on culturally responsive practice in Applied Behavior Analysis. She has experience across school, home, community, and clinic settings. As the owner of multiple businesses, Quintara also brings a strong business mindset and organizational behavior management (OBM) experience to her supervision. She helps trainees build clinical skills along with the leadership, systems thinking, and professional confidence they need to succeed in the field.
De-Anna N. Green, M.Ed, BCBA, IBA, LBA - MN, LBA-NJ, LBA-NY, LBA-MD, LBA-NC
De-Anna is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and former special education teacher with over 15 years of experience. She specializes in FBAs, behavior intervention planning, clinical supervision, caregiver training, and school-based consultation. She is passionate about culturally responsive practice, mentorship, and bridging research and practice to empower families, educators, and emerging behavior analysts.
Elaine Menon, MA, M.Ed., BCBA, LBA (NJ)
Elaine Menon is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst who has supported neurodivergent individuals since 1998 across India and the United States. Her experience spans schools from preschool through vocational programs, as well as clinical, home, and community settings. She specializes in functional behavior assessments, behavior intervention plans, caregiver training, and mentorship, with a focus on communication, emotional regulation, and independence. Elaine is committed to culturally responsive, compassionate, evidence-based practice.
