Program Overview Our 4-Week Multicultural Mentorship program is designed to empower current ABA practitioners with essential skills and insights for personal and professional growth. Each module focuses on a critical area, from launching an independent business to fostering cultural humility. Participants will gain practical tools, engage in interactive discussions, and connect with experienced mentors. Week 1: Enhancing Your Public Speaking as a BCBA Objective: Develop foundational skills to effectively and confidently deliver professional presentations within behavior analysis and related fields. Week 2: Resume/CV Building Objective: Understand the key components of a strong resume or CV and apply strategies to create a document that highlights relevant professional experiences and skills. Week 3: Call for Papers/Conference Presenting Objective: Gain insight into the conference proposal process and learn how to craft and submit compelling presentation ideas for professional events. Week 4: Networking with ABA Professionals Objective: Explore practical strategies for building and maintaining professional connections within the ABA community and related disciplines. This is a synchronous program with LIVE sessions. This program is eligible for a total of 4 BACB LRN or 4 IBAO CEUs.
