Program Overview Our 4-Week Multicultural Mentorship program is designed to empower current ABA practitioners with essential skills and insights for personal and professional growth. Each module focuses on a critical area, from launching an independent business to fostering cultural humility. Participants will gain practical tools, engage in interactive discussions, and connect with experienced mentors. Week 1: Independent Business Start-Up Objective: Equip participants with the foundational knowledge to start and manage their own ABA business. Week 2: Social Media Content Creation Objective: Develop the skills to create engaging and informative social media content that reflects your brand and expertise in ABA. Week 3: Working with Culturally Diverse Clients and Staff Objective: Enhance cultural competence to better serve diverse populations and foster inclusive workplace environments. Week 4: Finding Your Passion within ABA Objective: Help participants identify their strengths, interests, and long-term goals to find fulfillment in their ABA careers. This is an asynchronous program with no live sessions. This program is not eligible for any continuing education units. This program is a bundle of the following programs offered on the site: 1.
